Ruby did a wonderful job. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond walking us through the process and was always there to answer any questions we had.

Ruby was all in when it came to representing us. We are 2000 miles away and she understood the importance of being our eyes and ears throughout the process of making a major purchase. She was there for the initial walkthrough and described the property in detail. She was also on site for all the inspections and made sure all of our concerns were addressed and taken care of. If any problems came up she was very reassuring that she would handle it and she did. We feel very fortunate to have been put in contact with her.

Her experience is second to none. She knew everything that was going to be required of us from the appraiser, the lender, and the title agency. We were never left without details of where we were in the process.
